Job Description
- Supports the sales operation process, performs forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities for sales operations including supply/demand planning and forecasting revenue.
- Acts as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales, Business Unit, and the Factory to optimize supply and revenue and achieve mutual business objectives.
- Supports the rollout of sales strategies by building foundational data sets and delivering strategic insights to inform actionable sales decisions.
- Manages sales data operations and view of performance to critical business indicators.
- Partners cross functionally within sales teams to ensure proper data quality, availability, and governance.
- Develops, implements, and improves the business processes running the sales operations functions, including customer supply chain and compliance measurements.
- Reviews and synthesizes sales data to monitor performance, identify root cause, resolve pertaining issues.
- Builds and enhances internal business intelligence, data visualization and reporting capabilities.
- Supports sales activities by maintaining reports related to forecasting, planning and performance tracking.
- Delivers training on sales processes and procedures to team members.
- Works closely with sales team to gather business requirements and advises technology solutions team on translating business needs to CRM, sales enablement and operations system requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Support Data Operations in Salesforce Analytics Cloud System.
- Perform commission split calculation, resolving commission-relate issues and maintaining accurate sales compensation computation
- Ensure parent / child company relationship are properly maintained in system by ensuring relationship between companies.
- Responsible for creating reports and dashboards, providing ad-hoc analytical support and insights to sales.
- Develop and maintain Excel and Access-based applications for use in creating ad-hoc reports for sales organization.
- Manages sales data operations and always seek for business process improvements.
- Communicate in professional manner, with external and internal parties i.e. Sales, Business Unit, PSG Ops, Product Marketing
- Good troubleshooting skill, able to explain how to resolve the problem and have AAQ case management
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills are also required.
- Critical thinking skills and strong problem-solving abilities are a must.
- Highly proficient to advanced knowledge in Office365 (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI) is required; include queries, V-lookup, pivot tables and other functions of database management; proficiency in SalesForce.com preferred.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment (willing to dive in and learn as they go) and multi-task while paying close attention to details.
