Accountant
Job Description
In this position, you are the Intercompany Accountant to support various Intel legal entities intercompany E2E process to ensure compliance to US GAAP, local accounting standard and tax requirement. Responsibility including to manage intercompany settlement, intercompany outages, and variances analytics of respective entities. Prepares and maintains Intel's financial records and provides data analysis and insights that help stakeholders understand Intel's position to make appropriate financial decisions. Develops, revises, and maintains finance policies, procedures, internal controls, accounting standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with generally accepted reporting standards. Validates the month end accounts ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the reported results, ensures that schedules are prepared timely in a way that drives insights into the business results, proactively responds to management or auditor questions, and resolves issues. Supports business partners on accounting automation and ad-hoc projects, and acts as key point of contact for accounting/finance related matters. Ensures compliance with appropriate standards and internal controls over financial reporting and operates cross functionally with other departments to ensure proper accounting for new or unique transactions.Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Accountancy with minimum 2 years related working experiences is highly desired Member of MIA, MICPA, ACCA or CPA Australia is highly desired Important skills, competency and experience:- 1. Strong understanding on accounting principles 2. Problem solving skill - attention to details, willing to learn and able to leverage technical and system knowledge to work on the issue resolution 3. Strong stakeholder management - communicate well in both written and verbal, able to interface with multi functional group of stakeholders with various culture background. 4. Accountability - independent and able to deliver result timely with integrity. 5. Willing to share and provide coaching and with great team work.Inside this Business Group
