Payroll Business Analyst

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Israel Payroll team supporting a complex and ever evolving business. As part of this position, your key responsibilities will be to ensure service delivery which includes setting goals and expectations through planning meetings, change management and relevant training, managing stakeholders and providing feedback. In this position, you will perform payroll end to end processes' management and executions, including all necessary duties to prepare payroll information for data entry.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Ensuring Payroll Suppliers have all information at hand to deliver their services.
- Validate payroll gross to net calculation including income tax, national insurance, study fund and pension.
- Prepares, maintains, and compiles various payroll records.
- Support employees' queries and business partners' request.
- Using data to drive problem resolution.

This is a temporary position for up to 10 months.

Qualifications

- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic and changing environment. Flexible and open to change
- Problem solving and proven analytical skills with an ability to re-engineer and improve processes. Self-assurance to deal with tough problems/situations
- Teamwork - Ability to work well and collaborate with others to achieve high quality results
- Previous experience and knowledge in payroll domain would be an advantage

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
