The Supply Chain Information Technology (SCIT) Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team is responsible for providing business solutions to increase the efficacy and efficiency of Intel's planning processes, including product roadmap, demand, supply, inventory, sales/revenue, financial, capital, and pricing planning. The Sales and Operations Planning (SnOP) team is responsible for providing solutions for Intel's strategic planning processes, aligned to Intel's reference architecture. This is an exciting time to join the team as we digitally transform the business processes and solutions for this critical planning function in close partnership with the business.

This role is the IT program manager responsible for the scope, schedule, and budget for the SnOP transformation effort and will be responsible for the programmatic execution of the technical team in close partnership with the business PM.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Plans/manages programs or projects that are focused on the development, implementation, or upgrade of internal customers' technology, products, or processes. This may provide secondary or indirect support for customer products
  • Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program
  • Works on problems/tasks in the delivery of a specific product or service
  • Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule
  • Assess risk and identify issues
  • Monitor progress against the schedule
  • Coordinate resources with other functions
  • Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity
  • Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks
  • Uses judgment in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, or a related field
  • 6+ years of IT Supply Chain or related program management experience, process improvement, and communication

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding the latest trends and best practices in Enterprise planning
  • Experience with Agile software development methods and tools

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
