Job Description


We are looking for experienced DevOps and SRE automation engineers to support our Data Center automation development! In this role, you will develop and employ continuous integration and deployment in support of our evolving CI/CD process. You will engage with the SW Development Engineers to build and maintain a seamless development flow and tackle large scale optimization challenges.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, creativity and a willingness to continuous learning.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 3+ years of experience -OR- a Master's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 2+ years of experience -OR- a PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and experience in:

  • Implementing DevOps processes, practices, and a willingness to build and maintain the necessary infrastructure

  • Developing and writing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Github, Artifactory)

  • Development and deployment on Linux

  • Windows and Powershell

  • Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Infrastructure automation frameworks (Github, Ansible, Salt, Artifactory)

  • Infrastructure monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana)

  • Storage systems such as Weka.io, Netapp, Lustre, etc.

  • Scripting (Bash, Python)

  • Networking and DNS

  • Azure

This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Windows server administration

  • Datacenter

  • Network automation

  • Experience in the use of configuration management automation tools such as Puppet, Chef, Saltstack in creating continuous delivery systems

  • Experience with ELK or other monitoring, dashboarding and alerting tools

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
