This is 12 months fixed term contract.

As part of the to PSG Supply Support role, you will provide support to the WW Business Management team in the effective rollout, execution, and enablement of PSG Programmable Solutions Group Supply Resilience program Support and related activities. This will require the candidate to engage and support the Business Management team with specific tasks and processes including revenue, opportunity pipeline and rebate/NRE analysis at account level in timely and efficient manner.

This role will be critical to supporting and ensuring that the Business Management tasks are met to ensure the key project milestones and deliverables are achieved.

The successful candidate will be someone who will relish this opportunity to support this critical Intel program primarily with the Business Management team but potentially with the wider Supply Resilience workstream support stakeholders that will develop their knowledge and understanding of the Programmable Solutions Group.

You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires timely and effective collaboration with key stakeholders involved in the PSG Supply Support role. These will mainly include Sales, Business Management, and Finance initially.
As a supporting member of the Business Management workstream, you will also be engaged with team members based in NA, EMEA and AP, supporting key Supply Resilience activities and results maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment that is aligned with Intel cultural values.


Responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinating initial PSG Supply Support requests from Sales for Business Management

  • Utilizing PSG business tools such as SFDC, SAP to gather and consolidate revenue and forecast data for Business Management team prior to finalising rebate proposals

  • Detailed data analysis on supply rebate and NRE proposals at an account level

  • Support the preparation, and processing of customer Framework Agreements to implement the program and post contract management of PSG Supply Support rebate and NRE

  • Develop a good working relationship with the Business Management team and wider PSG Supply Support team ensuring that these teams are aware of the Business Management workstream support activities.

  • Work on complex proposals where analysis of data is required in coordination with Business Management and Sales.


Qualifications


  • 5+ plus years of experience in a Sales, Business Management, commercial or similar roles.

A successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills:

  • Proven track record of successful cross-functional team support in a similar role

  • Experience in the semiconductor market, required, knowledge of contract management processes and procedures as well as strong commercial experience. Understanding the PSG business, distribution and supply chain model would be advantageous.

  • Experience in project implementation within large organizations and their processes such as SFDC, SAP or similar.

  • Demonstrated business acumen to solve business challenges with limited instruction or oversight.

  • Attention to detail with good analytical and communication skills

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
