EMEA SMG is looking for a strong Retail Partner Sales Account Manager for a newly formed Consumer Sales team within Digital Sales Organization. This is a new commissioned sales position responsible for growth of Intel revenue at covered Retail accounts in Digital Sales Organization and working very closely with peers from EMEA Consumer Sales. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: � Manages retailer relationships, develops retailer business plan (for each sale cycle), influences, and develops partner programs to drive product placement and higher market share (slots instore and online by working with sales development account manager) to grow sell though revenue. � Develops and maintains an effective strategic partnership with the retailer's teams to shape and grow demand generation, promotional opportunities, and brand advocacy programs. � Collaborates with the sales team, product groups and other key internal stakeholders to develop and execute retailer expansion programs. Shares partner feedback to improve Intel's product offerings. � Tracks competitor's activities, account history, emerging trends and understand how to build and capitalize on changing opportunities. Achieves or exceeds sales quotas and drives sales through the retail channel. � Supports go to market campaigns, pre-sales and proof of concept execution, and training programs, to ensure successful execution of the account plan targets and performance metrics. � Influences the OEMs to understand all aspects of sell in proposals and joint opportunities, manage investment portfolios to drive greatest return on investment. � Exemplifies Intel's core values, supports the advancement of Digital Sales as a value driver for Intel's future.


Minimum qualifications: Educated to Degree level in relevant business/computer science discipline. Total 5 years of relevant experience, including influencing customer/partner relationships in a consumer retail sales environment. Technical competence in the portfolio of Intel products and solutions. Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork skills with Intel organizations. Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills in English. Preferred qualifications: Ability to negotiate and influence at senior levels across internal/external stakeholders. Additional European Language is a plus Well-versed in report and dashboard creation and tracking, other Digital Sales tools experience/knowledge is a plus. Self-starter and strong self-motivation.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
