Job Description


Leads the development of validation methodologies and tests, ensures execution of validation plans for silicon systems, automates software and scripts, reviews validation results, and collaborates with other engineers for design optimization, troubleshooting, and failure analysis. Directs a team of validation and debug engineers and technicians and manages their functions, activities, and responsibilities to ensure silicon delivers on system specifications, architecture, electrical, power, performance, and area goals. Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results. Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.


Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Electrical /Electronics Engineering or computer science.
  • 10+ years experience in Technical areas of functional validation, pre or post silicon validation, program/project leadership.
  • Strong collaboration and communications skills, ability to effectively communicate with and influence executives and senior technical leaders.
  • Ability to lead execution teams and provide operational support to the engineering teams from Pre-Silicon to End-of-Life.
  • Hands on past experience with board/platform.
  • Truth and Transparency in communicating with all levels displaying highest ethical standard;
  • Customer Obsession, analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skill is complex business situations.
  • Leadership skills to build relationships, earn respect, and gain influence across organizations.

Corporate Strategy Office is chartered to support the executive office in driving corporate initiatives, including near and long-term strategy, major cross-group decision making and ensuring cross-company alignment.  To deliver to that mission, the team owns shaping, driving and synthesizing insights to directionally orient trends as well as long range strategic planning/visioning , cross company alignment and greenfield innovation.  Communications are essential to drive alignment so there is a focus on communications, community and acumen development.  The team is ccommitted to ensuring that Intel efforts are aligned to, and actively driving success toward the most impactful business strategies.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
