The Demand forecasting and planning solution delivery group within SC-IT : IBP ( Supply Chain IT - Integrated Business Planning ) portfolio in Intel IT is focused on delivering transformative solutions for Intel's Demand forecasting and Planning business processes aligning to IT's reference architecture. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team who are in midst of transforming legacy solutions as part of Supply/Demand/Revenue Alignment (SDRA) initiative under EBP (Enterprise Business Planning) program. You will lead an Agile release Train(ART) which comprises of multiple Agile persistent teams( APTs) delivering products requested by the customer .Some of your responsibilities are 1) Servant Leader who acts as the first Agile Coach for the ART 2) Facilitate the ART events , develop and coach ART processes and assist the APTs to deliver the value within the capacity they commit to during the Release/Planning event 3) Enable and ensure the teams adhere to all IT Scrum teaming standards that includes, but not limited to, QA, DevOps and progress tracking tools. 4) Work with product Management and Architects to ensure the alignment to strategy and execution of committed work. 5) Prepare and facilitate all the ART ceremonies as per the IT Scrum teaming standards. 6) Facilitate ART budgeting and forecasting event (ABF) 7) Enable the team so that they can commit to the capacity and the value planned during the Release/Planning event. 8) Enable relentless improvement and continuous value delivery by monitoring the ART execution 9) Actively participate in Community of Practice for self development and implementing best practices


Minimum Qualifications Bachelors or Masters of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent 10+ years of IT working experience implementing software solutions Proven experience in Enterprise software delivery with at least 2+ years of years experience in delivery leadership ( RTE or Project management ) related to SAP IBP and/or SAP HANA domain Excellent verbal and written communication skills. SAFe or PMI certification for a Release train Engineer or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects and priorities and able to shift direction quickly when priorities change Experience using industry standard test and defect management systems like Jira. Good understanding of the latest trends and best practices in the Supply chain domain Experience leading ARTs in the Demand Planning functional domain

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
