The GAR Retirement Program Manager is part of the Global Retirement Program Office (GRPO). The Greater Asia Region (GAR) Retirement Program Manager has responsibility for several Retirement programs across the GAR region. The GRPO team is responsible for the implementation, administration and compliance of Intel's Retirement programs (defined contribution, defined benefit, pension, provident fund, and other similar programs) in GAR. Retirement programs are generally in place for the benefit of Intel's talent. An important part of the role also includes supplier and stakeholder management. The GAR Retirement Program Manager will also partner closely with HR Global Services (HRGS, including Payroll and HR Global Operations/HRGO), HR Compensation and Ben Design, Legal, Finance, Tax, Legal, Treasury and other HR/site/region leaders/experts/partners. Responsibilities include ensuring that retirement programs achieve their design objectives, deployment of program in line with legislative update, administering the programs in compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high quality in line with Business Process Management (BPM) tenants. Responsibilities also includes working with suppliers to enable communication/education programs focused on employee engagement in and understanding of Retirement programs.

Additional qualifications for successful candidates:
Bachelors degree in relevant discipline. Advanced or Masters degree is a bonus.
