These IPs include memory compilers, custom memory IP, standard cells, GPIOs, PLLs, and thermal sensors. May also work closely with EDA vendors to identify solutions for new requirements. Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Candidate must possess a BS degree with 4+ years of experience or MS degree with 3+ years of experience or PhD degree with 1+ years of experience in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field.
4+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
4+ years of experience in the following areas:
Design, characterization, and modeling of SRAM memories, standard cells, or GPIOs.
Custom circuit design in Finfet technologies
Product lifecycle development experience from planning to post-silicon support.
Experience using industry standard simulation/EDA tools.
An understanding of transistor level operations, memory bitcell design, PLL design, design challenges under process variations and low power circuit techniques
