Come and join us in DEO (Data Platforms Engineering Operations), part of DPEA (Data Platforms Engineering and Architecture) in DCAI. Our mission is to engineer transformative solutions that are core to accelerating data center platform development. DEO is looking for a highly collaborative, influential, and experienced Engineering Operations. You will lead a highly matrixed, cross organizational team to translate Vertical Program Schedules and Requirements into a Single Execution Plan for our Global Mega EVF Engineering Validation Fleet locations by comprehending common material and capacity constraints, driving trade off decisions, thus ensuring each Mega EVF executes flawlessly to Plan. Manages interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders. Has decision making authority at the site level. Sets direction for programs by determining and balancing the technical needs vs business guardrails and constraints. Exercises judgment and discretion to develop solutions, remove obstacles and redefine approaches. Creates/tracks/adjusts the program schedule. Assesses risks and identifies solutions to timely, efficient achievement of program goals. Ensures appropriate progress against schedule and takes remedial action as appropriate. Prioritizes utilization of resources with other functions.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: � Engineering or Operations Management Degree with 10+ years of experience in a Systems Manufacturing and or Systems Engineering Production and RND Environment Preferred Qualifications: � Individual should possess knowledge and experience of System and Rack Level Assembly � Strong technical understanding of Server Platforms and System Configurations � 10+ years of leading factory or datacenter operations � Planning and Inventory Management

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
