Memory Design Engineer
Job Description
You will be part of the Corporate Memory Organization memory compiler team and will own significant engineering tasks in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment.
Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Provide design solutions for meeting challenging memory design specs for various product segments. Memory Compiler Design Flow/Methodology development.
- Design, validation and characterization of Memory Compilers.
- Interfacing with customers.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a BS degree with 3+ years of experience or MS degree with 2+ years of experience or PhD degree with 1+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related fields.
Experience in the following:
- Scripting (Perl, tcl etc.).
- Memory Design.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the following:
- Memory design convergence tools including formal equivalence verification, static timing methodology, electrical reliability and robustness analysis.
- Transistor level operation, memory bitcell design, design challenges under process variations and low power circuit techniques.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
