Technical Sales Specialist for cloud and enterprise customers
Intel Programmable Solutions group is providing industry programmable logic solutions built on Intel advanced process technology. We are a highly motivated sales team driving increase significant growth and share of market in the FPGA business.
Our team has knowledge derived from a wide range of customers in various markets and across geographies and strong ability to sell with the various Intel direct sales and partner teams.
Technical Sales Specialist will represent the Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) for cloud and enterprise customers in the US, in this position, you will:
Provide technical expertise to Intel sales team, external partners, and end customers.
Acts as a key advisor and thought leader to the technical sales teams, while driving vision, value, and strategy around technical solutions.
Understands the business use case and technical merits of a solution, co-owns relationships with customer/partner decision makers to solve complex problems across system(s) and influences the customers purchasing decision for specific accounts.
Supports Regional Sales Account Executives and Industry Technical Specialists in design and deal win engagements by delivering Intel platform and portfolio value propositions and providing ongoing technical support on product briefings.
Understands competitive landscape to deliver use case based benchmarks and drive customer driven technical incubations.
Supports customer design win needs and facilitates product and program updates.
Liaises with business unit to relay roadmap, product, program and technical updates to field sales and external partner teams.
Plans and implements training roadmap, assets, schedule, availability and delivery.
Articulates the voice of customer back to the product development teams to help define platform enabling, road map, program, samples, and other enabling requirements.
Note: This is a commissioned sales position.
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related technical field
4+ years of FPGA or programmable solutions o technical sales experience
5+ years of complex customer technical sales support responsibilities
3+ years of working with end costumers and/or ecosystem partners in a variety of related technologies in the data center computing, networking and storage and security technology.
3+ years of experience selling both hardware and software solutions as well as heterogeneous systems and acceleration solutions.
1+ years of experience with data center ecosystem partners, including OEMs SIs FPGA IP developers
1+ years of experience in account ownership of PSG data center target customers.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $174,850.00-$279,790.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working ModelThis role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
