Join the New Mexico Disaggregated Manufacturing Organization (NM DMO) as an admin to begin an administrative professional career amid an exciting period of transformation for the Rio Rancho, NM site during start-up and ramp of Foveros.

Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

  • Performs varied administrative support activities in support of 1 or more departments, department manager, and staff.
  • Calendar management with shifting priorities and deadlines, organize meetings and catering, prepare agendas and coordinating all logistics.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft 365 Office tools, experience with M365Teams and SharePoint Online, and Power Apps.
  • Active team member in assisting the coordination and execution of activities across the organization for on-site events, conferences, face to face meetings, etc.
  • Order and maintain office and ergonomic supplies following CPC and purchase order guidelines.
  • Own set-up and support new hire workspaces and employee office moves.
  • Act as the point of contact for employees requiring support, information, and resources.
  • Works under minimal direction and follows established expectations, guidelines, and standards.

  • Willing to communicate clearly across all areas of stakeholders, including management, leadership, executives, and internal and Intel external customers.
  • Seeks ways to improve own work and processes as well as partner with peers to improve the administrative team as a One Intel approach.
  • Work well with direct manager to identify and remove roadblocks.
  • Embrace ambiguitiy and utilize problem-solving skills to find solution in timely manner.
  • Enjoy learning and working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Demonstrate ready to learn, team player, and desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Desire to grow a career in the administrative professional field.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration Sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a High School diploma OR equivalent
  • 6+ months of administrative experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in M365Teams and SharePoint Online, and Power Apps.
  • Proficient in Workday.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $46,879.00-$70,209.00 (Hourly Role)
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
