NM Program Office Factory Infrastructure Systems Lead
Job Description
NMDMO Program Office is seeking candidates for Factory systems lead. The candidate will be responsible to represent the New Mexico site, Disaggregation Manufacturing Organization (DMO) and all programs associated to help centralize and support existing and future programs (including potential transfers). This role will span both fab, advanced packaging, sort and foundry activities. The candidate will support systems such as AGS, Remote operations, Vista and other factory infrastructure and support systems. The role involves coordination and partnership with program development teams, VF (Virtual Factory) partners and manufacturing teams (operations and module). This role can be supported in a hybrid manner.
Responsibilities include:
Single point of contact for NM DMO factory
Partner with NM programs, manufacturing, automation, TD sites and other site functional areas to deliver new infrastructure and support/modify existing infrastructure.
Initiates and drives standards for efficiency for site access for roles and responsibilities specific to the various job roles.
Initiates and drive standards to efficiently enable access to applications and systems specific to various job roles.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a
plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS degree in engineering, Computer sciences and demonstrated 2+ years of fab engineering, tool qualification experience
+2 years of exposure to AGS, Remote Operations systems, Vista
This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous infrastructure systems set-up or transfer within Intel.
Experience managing and delivering to schedules.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
