Job Description
This position will be responsible for CCG China CE and PCOE Team's various administrative and project related activities. Typical duties may include but not limited to the following under the guide of division manager, reporting manager and/or operation manager:Description
- Performs various administrative, organizational, financial, operational, and project related activities in support of an individual or group varying in size.
- Provides support to executives (more senior level Administrative Assistants), managers, employees, and office visitors by handling daily office tasks.
- Organizes meeting schedules, manages, and maintains conference rooms for executives and various office teams.
- Plans, coordinates, and executes internal events such as offsites, team building, new year party events and organization wide meetings.
- Provides professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
- Generates reports and presentations, sets up meetings, manages office space, writes and edits documents and manages filing systems.
- Prepares communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
- Provides real time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Manages calendars, travel arrangements and expense reporting. Represents business unit in site wide/global initiatives. Collaborates with other administrative and/or operational staff to exchange data and information that enables budget planning and expense control.
- Coordinate for lab related activities by team lab manager guideline.
- Assist to AMO for platform dashboard updates.
- Assist to project team for logistic support.
Qualifications
Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. 2. Extensive knowledge and demonstrated application of Outlook, SharePoint maintenance, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. 3. Proficient in MS Teams and other Intel-specific tools (such as Ariba, supplier portal and conference room scheduling, My Expenses, My Learning, requests, etc.). 4. Ability to manage calendars, perform travel and meeting management for multiple staff members. 5. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, working with all levels of staff, management and customers. 6. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discretely. 7. Experience in working with multiple site organizations with diverse and cross-functional teams.Inside this Business Group
