Intel LATAM Technical Sales Team is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Industry Technology Specialist with a strong focus on Data Center and Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in High-Performance Computing (HPC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications tailored for the Energy sector and Next Wave Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). This role is based in Brazil and will involve leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive efficiency, scalability, and sustainability in complex computing environments. The candidate must have strong knowledge of On-Premises, Hybrid, and Cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage advanced DCAI infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HPC and AI technologies into existing systems, enhancing computational capabilities and data processing efficiency.
- Develop and implement AI-driven models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and optimization in the energy sector, resulting in significant cost savings and operational improvements.
- Advise Next Wave CSPs on best practices for infrastructure management, workload optimization, and service delivery, driving innovation and competitive advantage.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of data center energy consumption and implement strategies to reduce carbon footprint and improve sustainability.
- Support the Intel LATAM Technical Sales Team in pre-sales and post-sales activities, providing technical expertise and guidance to clients and partners.
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase Intel's DCAI solutions and their benefits to potential and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of On-Premises, Hybrid, and Cloud-based solutions to provide tailored recommendations and strategies for clients.
As a successful candidate, you must possess:
- Specialized knowledge in applying HPC and AI to the energy sector, including renewable energy, grid management, and predictive maintenance.
- In-depth understanding of the evolving landscape of cloud service providers, with a focus on next-generation solutions and services.
- Extensive experience with On-Premises, Hybrid, and Cloud-based solutions, including their architecture, deployment, and management.
- Commitment to promoting sustainable practices and improving energy efficiency within data centers and computing infrastructures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Note: This is a commissioned sales position.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced English and Portuguese
- 4+ years of experience in:
- Designing and deploying Datacenter and AI infrastructure solutions.
- In High-Performance Computing (HPC) and AI technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP), Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner (CAIP), and High-Performance Computing Specialist (HPCS) are highly desirable.
- 4+ years of experience:
- In programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java.
- With HPC frameworks like MPI, OpenMP, and CUDA.
- With AI/ML tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Understanding of data center technologies such as virtualization, containerization, and network architecture in On-Premises, Hybrid, and Cloud-based solutions, including their integration and management.
