Job Description
Intel Transformation Management Office (TMO) is a central body bringing together all the projects, end to end (E2E) Towers (Order-to-Cash, Procedure-to-Pay, Forecast-to-Stock and Finance-Plan-to-Report), and enabling functions to meet Intel's IDM 2.0 Acceleration Office (IAO) transformation goals. TMO Leadership is led by Jason Grebe with functions such as Centers of Excellence, Program and Portfolio Management, E2E Process and Architecture Management and E2E Towers nesting beneath TMO leadership. The objective of Intel's TMO group is to:
Integrate the outcomes, capabilities, and systems of all of Intel's IAO programs.
Institute a framework, identify gaps, and establish a roadmap to implement automation initiatives, including a supply planning and ERP infrastructure.
Ensure a clear way of measuring success and setting priorities.
Identify and manage dependencies across IAO projects in an integrated way.
Ensure consistent E2E design across E2E towers.
Manage the intake, prioritization, funding, and resource allocation across IAO projects.
Maintain, track, and drive performance to schedule for the entire IAO program.
Provide governance to ensure we adhere to standards across the IAO projects.
The TMO E2E Process and Architecture Management team is seeking an Accounting/Finance Director with effective leadership skills in a highly matrixed environment. The person preferably possesses ERP and global process experience as well as strong technical accounting skills. The position will report to Intel's Chief Accounting Officer directly. This is a unique career opportunity to participate in a cross-functional, central team responsible for transforming Intel to a mature, highly automated and scalable infrastructure that will be utilized as a core tenant supporting Intel's operational transformation.
Responsibilities:
Co-leads a global governance, cross-functional, strategic decision and issue resolution team to unite cross-functional processes toward end state business transformation objectives, in particular with respect to automation initiatives that include Intel's global SAP S4 and supply chain planning implementations. Lead some of the biggest strategic decisions required to fulfill Intel's transformation.
Directly manages a small number of individuals while indirectly managing and coordinating a transformation program involving hundreds of individuals globally including global process owners, other transformation management teams and broader stakeholder communities.
Co-leads an end-to-end transformation team responsible for intaking, identifying, evaluating, designing, solutioning and resolving cross-functional stakeholder and program items.
Co-leads initiatives and fact findings that influence key strategic decisions to implement the transformation program's end objectives.
Co-evaluates value capture proposals and metrics submitted to support strategic projects that are proposed for the transformation program.
Acts as a proxy for and represents as the Chief Accounting Officer in cross-functional meetings, developing and reviewing presentations and signing off on decisions ratified. Summarizes understanding clearly and concisely in bring down meetings with the CAO through disposition.
Manages or actions initiatives and questions through disposition.
Objectively provides recommendations as to what the best outcome is for Intel for a particular issue.
Organizes and leads finance and accounting weekly transformation forums to pass down and receive information from the finance and accounting transformation tower.
Understands key decisions within each functional tower and identifies potential implications with other accounting personnel that are a part of a particular tower in order to determine the best path for end to end solutioning.
Skills:
Communication: works with and organizes across different functions to solution issues and report out both verbally and in presentation format.
Partnership and execution within a matrixed structure: works cross functionally and objectively to a desired outcome that is in the best interest of Intel.
Issue identification and resolution: identifies issues, understands underlying issues, quickly reaches the most salient points to be solutioned for the issue, and coordinates across stakeholders in order to determine course of action to solution.
Accounting, process and controls skills: ability to identify, understand and translate complex cross-functional accounting requirements into business processes, financial controls and automation tools that materially achieve the desired business process and accounting objectives.
ERP implementation: operational understanding of specific business processes leveraging enterprise grade ERP and supply planning solutions.
Qualifications
Best in class global ERP implementation and ERP operating experience for large multinational company.
Broad financial process experience including end to end design, testing, implementation, operation and controls.
Global process owner operational experience: organizational design, responsibilities, execution, value capture, change management.
Cross functional communication, partnership and solutioning experience across matrixed reporting structures.
Project management experience.
BA with more than 15 years of related Controllership experience.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
