Job Description
Physical implementation of next generation high performance AI accelerators in advanced technology nodes.Full ownership of all RTL2GDS flows including timing, power, formal and physical verification signoffs.Power oriented design including PI/SI flow development for full system models (Die / Package / PCB)Work closely with System, Design, DFT teamsLocation: Tel Aviv / CaesareaQualifications
At least 5 years of experience as Backend EngineerExperience in RTL2GDS flows and methodologies (synthesis/PandR/physical verification/timing signoff)Scripting skills - TCL / pythonFamiliarity with RHSC and performing EMIR/SIPI analysis including HFSS - AdvantageInside this Business Group
