FPGA Silicon DFT Manager
Job Description
In Q4 2023, Intel announced Altera will be reported as a separate business unit beginning on January 1, 2024 with ongoing support from Intel. This position is associated to that standalone business strategy and is expected to fully transition to a standalone company at some time in the future.
The FPGA Silicon DFT Manager will be a leadership role within PSG FPGA Engineering (PFE) at Intel Programmable Solutions Group. The role will involve leading an experienced DFT team and working with a global DFT team to drive for best-in-class DFT solutions for PSG's FPGA product families.
As a member of the Global DFT team you will be responsible for one or more of the following activities:
Lead the DFT design, validation and content delivery for FPGA and Tile Dies that will be used in the upcoming PSG FPGA product families.
Directs and manages a team of DFT engineers responsible for FPGA DFT design.
Work collaboratively with the global DFT teams, the design partners and manufacturing organization to enable innovative DFT solutions for PSG's FPGA product families.
Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.
Drives results by inspiring people, role model PSG values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Managing and leading a technical team.
Good understanding of the ASIC design flow as well as the DFT and Manufacturing requirements
Skilled in DFT design and Integration, various validation techniques and industry standard methodologies - IJTAG, MBIST, SCAN, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
In depth understanding of the latest DFT industry best technology, tools and methodology, and have experienced to innovatively adapt those technology to specific product needs.
Direct experience in manufacturing and test engineering and have in-depth understanding of test methodology.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
