This position is a critical new leadership role in our transformation office to support of the creation of entirely new process, systems and tools for our growing product business segment.
The ProdCo Forecast to Stock (FTS) Leader is a critical position tasked to design and deliver business capabilities within the FTS Tower as part of Intel's transformation Office. The Forecast to Stock business capabilities encompasses Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Sales and Operations Execution, Responsive Demand and Supply Matching (RDSM), Inventory planning, Materials Requirement Planning, Network planning, Logistics and Inventory Management, and Product/ Performance Quality Management.
This is currently an Individual contributor role with significant scope leading cross-organizational teams with key partners across IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Tax and Trade. Responsibilities
Develop and align the program transformation approach for FTS by understanding business objectives, defining transformation goals, and aligning them with the overall program strategy.
Drive end-to-end transformation efforts within the tower, ensuring that all necessary processes, resources, and stakeholders are aligned.
Engage with key stakeholders within Forecast to Stock, to ensure clear communication and buy-in for transformation initiatives.
This position will report to the Forecast to Stock Global Process owner who is the business decision-maker empowered to decide how this process will work to support the Business Unit and its End-to-End operational goals and objectives.
This role will lead process analysts, data analysts and business leaders to deliver key transformations within FTS. They will be responsible for design integration within the other tower leads (finance plan to report, procure to pay, order to cash) and E2E Architecture Leads to ensure alignment and coordination across different areas of the transformation. A key part of the role will be to identify gaps, adhere to target operating models, and support the implementation of new industry standard best-in-class processes and technologies. Additionally, they will need to identify potential risks and issues related to transformation efforts within the tower and work to mitigate them. Lastly, the individual will be accountable for coordinating the right change management efforts to effectively implement within the tower to support the adoption of new processes and technologies by employees.
Short Term Objectives
Develop a clear understanding of the current state and challenges within FTS.
Collaborate with the tower GPO and other stakeholders to define short-term transformation goals.
Drive the design and implementation of Product and BU forecast and planning activities in support of the ERP data architecture: BOM lots/ batch, inventory movement and storage, coordinating demand planning to BOM requirements, visibility, and data quality for planning operations and execution of finished goods.
Drive alignment to a future roadmap of forecast to stock business process and systems in support of BU market strategies.
Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across and within the IAO towers to drive transformation efforts.
Ensure that key milestones and deliverables are achieved within the designated timeframes.
Experience
Experience in supply chain business transformation, process improvement, change management and leading a highly matrixed collaborative team.
A minimum bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
5+ years of semiconductor and/ or foundry experience.
Experience with Executive and/ or Management level communication across Stakeholders on status, actions, risks, and mitigation.
Advanced knowledge and track record of Business Solution Development in semiconductor supply and demand planning.
Knowledge of advanced problem solving and business process mapping.
Operation experience Demand Planning, and/or Supply Planning.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in forecast to stock in either operations or transformation efforts with a strong demonstration of customer-focused process development.
Knowledge of FTS's domain, industry-standard processes, and challenges: The Forecast to Stock business capabilities encompasses Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Sales and Operations Execution, Responsive Demand and Supply Matching (RDSM), Inventory planning, Materials Requirement Planning, Network planning, Logistics and Inventory Management.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively Connect the dots between multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously in conjunction with program leads. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and opportunities.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-making.
Strong familiarity with Industry standard process and tools used to deliver best in class operational performance.
