Job Description

Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.
This IT/Automation position candidate is responsible for:
Drive day-to-day business needs by managing processes and workflows, acting as interface between IT and end user; Implement and maintain office automation solutions like M365(Email, Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc), OnPremise Email, E-WorkFlow,Office client managment, Audio/Video conferencing, Printing, Mobiles, etc.Drive technical and operational quality improvement across incident and problem and knowledge management processes. Works with application and security owners to ensure clients work with desired performance, flexibility and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as Office Automation and Client Management solution development, implementation, sustaining, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server(AD) , Azure platform and M365 Cloud solutions including Email/Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT service management processes.
• Familiar with network, DNS, PC clients, Virtual Machine and Information Security basics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to solve system issues.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams, stakeholders and suppliers.
