Job Description


NMDMO (New Mexico Dissagrated Manufacturing Organization) Program and Technology Office is seeking candidates for a material model of record lead (M-MOR) lead engineer. This individual will be responsible for driving an integrated effort between Process teams, Program technologies, Fab Construction Enterprise (FCE) design and corporate service to deliver accurate metrics operational consumable/materials consumption for step cost purposes. This role involves strong coordination efforts with the above groups and the expectation to maintain sustainable methodology to manage change and update standards. The efforts of this individual will directly contribute to the structured cost projections across all technologies for the site as well as DMO.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with NM programs, Corporate Services, Planar Chemical Delivery, FCE design, Functional Area/Module and Step cost modeling teams to deliver control points to sustain, standardize and manage gas, chem and facilities data x-site/technologies.

  • Lead and drive factory level meetings with ability to engage and drive stakeholders to deliver tasks based on schedule.

  • Identifying risk and initiating resolution to facility scope increase events.

  • Management of site Material MOR's for existing and new technologies.

  • Managing and driving aspects of future site readiness/expansion (i.e., utilities, facilities, permitting, space).

This position is required to be on site in New Mexico.


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical engineering, or related degree and demonstrated 4+ years of fab engineering/process engineering, tool qualification experience.

  • +2 years' experience of tool install, corporate services, and/or proven exposure/project work with facilities/utilities groups.

  • This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willingness to facilitate x-functional meetings and drive strong partnership.

  • High tolerance of ambiguity and demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in fast changing environment.

  • Strong understanding of process and equipment (by functional area)

  • Demonstration of strong partnership skills with various stakeholders; works with others in a mutually positive way.

  • Willingness to communicate management level summaries and roll-ups.

  • Willingness to develop, document and maintain standard business processes and methodologies.

  • Willingness to influence across teams within the factory, across other Virtual Factory (VF) partner factories and Technology and Development (TD) organizations.
