This role relies on a strong construction-related supply chain management background coupled with extensive proven leadership and program management experience. The successful candidate will be adept at broad stakeholder management, quickly establishing high trust and credibility with key partners, and being able to navigate the Construction Facility Supply Chain support environment with ease and velocity.

As the Construction Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • The materials and equipment supply chain for site construction projects.
  • Collaborating with cross-site teams and stakeholders across multiple organizations and leading the end-to-end materials and equipment supply chain.
  • Being a champion at the site to manage interdependencies and drive integration among multiple new initiative programs, projects, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Owning oversight and communications of materials and equipment commodities.
  • Active representation and partnership at multiple project meetings as the single voice for the CFSC Materials and Equipment end-to-end supply chain.
  • Understanding key issues and escalations and proactively communicating issue status and help needed.
  • Closely partnering with the Fab Construction Enterprise FCE project leads and the external third parties as needed to enable exceptional supply chain support of site construction projects.
  • Fearlessly accepting ownership to lead resolution of materials and equipment issues or delays which includes independent ownership of escalations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Connecting with peers in similar roles to share the Best-Known Methods BKMs and methodologies to drive improvement and efficiency through the construction supply chain.
  • Identifying and developing new strategies to implement systemic and sustained supply chain changes.

This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship. Nor is it eligible for international relocation.


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • The candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in: Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field of study;
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management, commodity management contracts management, or construction project management including experience leading complex projects and/or plans that involve multiple stakeholder groups with aggressive timelines;
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Manufacturing and TD/ FSM Environments.

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the Intel New Albany, Ohio Campus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supply Chain Certification is a plus

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
