Job Description: The Consumer Client Portfolio Alliances team supports world-leading developers and publishers of video games, to ensure that they have the tools and support they need to make great content.

We have an opening for an intern to support the team in their activities. This 13+ month internship would suit a highly motivated student with a high proficiency in technology and an avid interest in consumer media. This represents an opportunity to make a significant contribution to some of the world's best video games, including participating in key industry events such as GDC and Gamescom.

Roles and responsibilities will be tailored to suit the successful candidate's experience and background but may include:
- Strategic business development, including relationship development and account management of game developers and publishers throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA)
- Research and analyze industry trends using digital resources such as social media and online articles
- Identifying and researching consumer applications that would be ideal for Intel's products including desktop PCs, Notebooks, Ultrabooks, Smartphones and Tablets
- Communicating with EMEA game developers, discovering their portfolio, introducing them to Intel's roadmap and finding ways to work together on a technical and marketing level
- Liaising with internal global teams to identify and track mutually beneficial cross-promotional opportunities
- Provide administrative support including logistics planning and client management software


This is a 13 month fixed-term placement suitable for students currently studying a degree course in relevant disciplines, and is targeted at 2nd year students enrolled in a 4 years bachelor's degree which includes a year in industry. You should be someone willing to 'run with it' in a fast paced environment and exceed our expectations, and your own. Additional attributes include:
- Exceptional knowledge of, and enthused approach to the games industry
- Comfortable travelling for meetings and industry events
- Report and present analytical information to a wide audience
- Ability to recognize marketing opportunities
- Organize workload and see things through to completion
- Good communication skills with the ability to network
- Good Presentation and project management skills
- Comfortable testing pre-release software on multiple platforms, including Windows and Android
- Capable of working in a self-directed environment
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Holder of clean driving license preferred
