This is an exciting opportunity to join our EMEA Payroll team supporting a complex and ever evolving business. As a Payroll Project and Program Manager your key responsibilities will be to lead a wide variety of EMEA payroll related projects and programs. No two months are ever the same. Your project assignments will be predominantly influenced by the Payroll roadmap and the wider dynamic Intel business environment. Your secondary area of focus will be as Co-Project Manager for the co-ordination of HRES EMEA and Ireland Corporate People Movement CPM activity.
In your role you would be leading teams, partnering effectively with the other HR and non-HR functions, to execute project and CPM activity flawlessly and on schedule. You will be providing leadership for the teams and key stakeholders, facilitating team cohesion, removing roadblocks and coaching individual team members to success. Managing with data, process improvement and reflection is at the heart of everything we do. Therefore you would be regularly assessing the health and effectiveness of end to end HRES CPM model and processes and the EMEA Payroll and HR Administration models to determine whether they meet the needs of our changing business, provide recommendations and implement revisions to existing processes and models.Ideally you'll have experience of leading regional projects using the PLC framework which will enable you to charter and effectively lead EMEA payroll projects through all decision gates working with a broad team of internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver tangible business results and realize the ROI.
