Bluetooth Test Engineer Intern

Job Description

Intel’s Communication & Devices Group (ICDG) is currently seeking a dynamic intern to join the team in Hillsboro, Oregon!

As a Bluetooth Test Engineer Intern, you will support the development of tools and automation to facilitate validation of our Bluetooth firmware and software stack as well as contribute to all aspects of the validation process.

A successful candidate will exhibit a combination of strong communication and interpersonal skills, debug skills and technical awareness. In addition to, being a self-driven individual who is capable and excited to learn about new technologies and has the ability to work independently.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Candidate must have the unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
  • Strong programming skills in one of the following languages: Java, C, C#, C++, Python.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bluetooth, Android and iOS experience.
  • Experience using Perforce-Familiarity with the defect\bug life cycle.
  • Experience working with Linux and Windows Operating systems.
  • Knowledge of version control.
  • Strong analytical, programming and debugging skills.
