In this position, your duty includes but not limited to:1. Lead and manage a team of electrical validation engineers to achieve all Product Life Cycle milestone for Intel System On Chip product family development, which span across PreSi content development work until postSi execution work with the final goal of achieving Product Release Qualification.2. Plan and manage the budget for validation requirement which include equipment procurement and rental option, validation board and accessories, thermal tool, lab infrastructure etc.3. Work with global counterpart to drive standardization in validation methodology, develop cost effective validation model, and convergence of Electrical Validation/Design Validation & High Volume Manufacturing analog test coverage.4. Coach and develop Penang electrical validation team to fully self-reliance and be able to take on new/complex IP challenge.Other general managerial expectation includes:Set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Plans and schedules daily tasks, uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices. Inadequacies and erroneous decisions would cause moderate inconvenience and expense.
1. In engineering managerial position for at least 3 years and manage a team size of 5- 10 employee.2. Demonstrated leadership in any form of engineering discipline, be able to lead and drive solution in complex situation with stakeholders.3. 5 years above experience in electrical validation or any form of analog circuit validation or testing. Familiar with validation technique and electrical compliance requirement for high speed serial IO e.g. PCIE/USB3/HDMI/DP, as well as low speed IO like SPI/eMMC/SDIO/HDaudio/GPIO etc.4. Familiar with DFT usage in analog circuit, and Python scripting for validation automation purpose, as well as analog measurement equipment.5. Circuit design and simulation knowledge will be added advantage.Inside this Business Group
