Contract HR Analyst

Job Description

In this analyst position, you will provide data and analysis in support of HR functions.

You will also engage in analytical exploration to help discover business and organizational insights.

This includes supporting the design, development and maintenance of HR analytical tools and dashboards.

You may be involved in the creation of high performance and easy-to-use data visualization and automation scripts.

You are a talented, creative, and motivated analyst who loves data - and you're ready to work with a team of individuals who share the same passion.

You enjoy challenging projects involving large data pipelines, cleaning and transforming data, and exploring new techniques.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Associates or Bachelors degree in social science or related field. 2+ years of experience with: Prior experience in querying and interpreting people data. One or more of the following topics: Relational database structures, research methods, machine learning, JMP or dynamic programming such as Python, R, or C, data visualization, data design, or statistics. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources.Preferred qualifications: Advanced analytical skills: ability to define and analyze business problems, synthesize data through the recognition of trends and causal patterns, draw conclusions, and make preliminary recommendations. Ability to build predictive models and explain inferential statistics. Knowledge of advanced statistical concepts. Strong systems thinking capability across the entire talent management framework to drive effectiveness and efficiency through data and analytics.You should also have:Strong written and communication skills.Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic and self-directed.Strong Teamwork: Strong partnership with Talent Organization peers and Business HR. Can work with team members to transform people data into valued HR insights.
