Saffron Artificial Intelligence Product Manager - Enterprise Software Applications

Job Description

Join Saffron - and build the future of AI!

Saffron is building the AI software that's making it possible for Intel-powered devices to solve problems in the real word. While we're constantly amazed by how much machines can learn from data, we believe that the next generation of intelligent systems will also need to be able to reason about their environment.

That's where we come in: our cognitive computing platform already makes it possible to learn patterns in data - and to reason about complex outcomes - all without requiring annotated sources of training data.

We're looking for creative and brilliant product-minded leaders who are as innovative as Intel itself. We move fast. We're not satisfied with the status quo. And we think your devices should be way smarter than they are.

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner in Enterprise Software Product Management to define, validate, and communicate a product vision. Successful candidates will have a strong track record of building, delivering, deploying, and scaling software products that encompass web, analytics, and machine learning applications.

  • Collaboratively define and drive product strategy, vision and roadmap evangelizing to all the teams, partners and users of Saffron’s AI solutions
  • Work cross-functionally to drive the product requirements, design, and prototyping processes to discover customer problems and create valuable, desirable, and feasible solutions.
  • Collaboratively define and prioritize a backlog for your product that continuously delivers measurable value towards the vision
  • Help innovate and iterate on agile PM processes and share our insights
  • Actively engage current and potential customers to help drive adoption

  • 5 years enterprise software experience
  • 3+ years of product management or similar experience
  • Success working in a cross functional environment
  • Experience with Lean and User-Centered Design methodologies
  • Experience with agile development methodology, ideally Extreme Programming
  • Experience with enterprise analytics, machine learning, or graph databases ideal

Preferred personal traits:

  • Focused on data-driven approaches to solving problems, and accelerating the learning process to validate solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to breakdown complex problems into simple solutions which focus on important customer needs
  • Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, sales, and customers
