Job Description

Come join Intel's Software and Services Group as a diversity and inclusion intern in our System Technology Optimization team! Intel's future success depends on a diverse community, one with a full representation of experiences and perspectives. As an intern you will be part of a team that is striving to reach this full representation within the United States.

Responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and analyzing data through focus groups, surveys
  • Identifying gaps and defining opportunities / strategies to address the gaps
  • Creating executive summaries / contributing to STO Diversity & Inclusion Newsletter
  • Track Diversity/Inclusion business indicators

The Ideal Candidates should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

  • Organization/management

  • Analytical skills


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Psychology, or a related field
- Applicants must have a legal right to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Minimum of 3 months experience with MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications
-Creative ideas in developing diversity and inclusion activities
-Analyze data and develop a "big picture" model
