Intel's Wireless Connectivity Solutions group's vision is that EVERYONE and EVERYTHING will best CONNECT with Intel Connectivity. We are working on delivering world-class wireless connectivity technologies, such as WiFi, BT and WiGig. Sometimes referred to as next-gen Wi-Fi, WiGig technology operates at the 60GHz band and commands a massive bandwidth to user applications such as Wireless VR, and multi-Gbps backhaul.
What will you do?
You will be joining an excellent group of people, working on a cutting-edge Wireless Gigabit Technology WiGig and enjoy a dynamic and challenging environment. The role requires working together with different groups: system, algorithms, RF, software and integration in defining, designing, developing and testing the current and next generation of Intel wireless systems. The job includes designing and developing test environment and setups, developing infrastructure and automated tests.You will also debug our SW and HW products, analyze test results to ensure correct functionality, determine root causes of failures and recommends corrective actions.
You must be a Student currently pursuing a first or second degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering software oriented or Communication System Engineering with at least 1,5 years left of studies.
You will have an advantage if you have:
- Experience in C and Python SW languages
- Experience in wireless protocols
- Experience in Linux systems
