PRC Finance Admin Partner
In this position, you will provide administrative support to GAR Finance VP and the SMG China Controller. The job requires an experienced, organized and action-oriented individual to provide high quality administrative support. The candidate must be proactive, with a high level of initiative, have the ability to anticipate next steps and be a strong communicator both verbally and written. Strong attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to prioritize. The candidate will also be expected to collaborate with other Executive Admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning. The candidate must also be able to handle a fast pace environment and ever changing requests. The role of the Finance Administrative Assistant may include but are not limited to the following: requires a high degree of judgment and discretion, heavy calendar management for finance directors and staff, schedule and coordinate logistics for large meetings and events, drive and organize GAR/PRC staff and process meetings, collaborate with exec admin partners, arrange Intel travel, use the Intel hiring tools to manage requisition activity, schedule interviews, and manage organization structure in workday, manage departmental recognition, and maintain/upkeep group org charts and PDLs. Qualifications: Candidate should demonstrate strong leadership skills, be self-motivated and organized, have a positive and professional attitude, be customer oriented and be able to multitask. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail are a must. Candidate must also demonstrate the ability to be a team player with the other group admins as well as be able to work independently, prioritize and manage to completion many support requests and project assignments. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment. Experience in coordinating with other administrative assistants in several locations is needed as well as excellent written oral communications and teamwork skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision and navigate the corporate environment and business systems hiring, purchasing, scheduling, etc. is critical. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Web/collaboration tools, Workday and other office productivity tools is required.
