Develop platform BIOS, reference code CPU RC, MRC, IIO RC, RAS and related documentation for Intel silicon products such as next generation chipsets and processors. Responsible for authoring BIOS specifications, creating chipset reference code and developing / supporting platform BIOS for Intel's CPUs and chipsets. Work closely with Intel silicon design teams and be responsible for all software and BIOS related issues during the planning, development, and validation stages of the program.1. BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent- 8 + years working with UEFI/BIOS2. Solid understanding of IA-32 platform architecture. Strong C and assembly programming skills with experience with modular software design 3. Knowledge in ACPI, SMBIOS, experience in chipset/processor. Familiarity with In-Target Probe ITP4. Technical experience with software design, development, test and documentation. Experience in baseboard BIOS, UEFI, EDK/EDKII 5. Excellent Debugging skills that enable the root causing of potential issues at the operating system level.6. Good verbal and written communication skills are required, as is a highly disciplined approach to problem solving 7. Experience in Multi-Geo collaboration, multifunctional communication with board design, firmware team and validation team
