Develops preSilicon functional validation tests to verify system will meet design requirements. Creates test plans for RTL validation, defining and running system simulation models, and finding and implementing corrective measures for failing RTL tests. Analyzes and uses results to modify testing.
Bachelor or Master degree in electrical and electronic engineering with more than 7 years of relevant working experience. Efficient with various pre silicon validation techniques and have strong working knowledge in system Verilog. Preferred to have working knowledge with testbenches design as well. Must be familiar with one or more DFX such as TAP, MBIST, IDV, BScan, Fuse, HVM reset and etcInside this Business Group
