Assist with qualitative user research for website and software products. This intern will help with ongoing customer insights projects, including usability testing, behavioral analysis, documenting findings and recommendations into reports and assisting in delivering reports to stakeholder groups. This is an ideal summer position for a student who is interested in research and observational studies.
You will assist in projects that require observing, analyzing, and documenting human behavior and providing recommendations for software/website design changes.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Must be pursuing a bachelor degree in Computer Science with an emphasis in human factors engineering, anthropology, psychology or social science/sociology major.
