Performs logic design, Register Transfer Level RTL coding, and simulation to generate cell libraries, functional units, and subsystems for inclusion in full chip designs. Participates in the development of Architecture and Microarchitecture specifications for the Logic components. Provides IP integration support to SoC customers and represents RTL team.
Masters or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications or equivalent 4-6 years of experience in relevant domain.Strong knowledge of computer architecture, general purpose microprocessor and memory sub-system micro-architecture.Knowledge of graphics architecture and programming OpenGL/OpenCL.Experience in functional debug of errors in the RTL modelExperience with system design methodologies that contain multiple clock domains.Good software engineering skills including understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.Experience in design of SOC system bus, and interface control logic AHB,APB,AXI,OCPExperience in clock, power management and system debug designs a plusExperience in low-power design issues, tools, and methodologies including UPF power intent specification highly desired.Familiarity with Scripting Languages like Gmake/Perl/Tcl/Python.Open and collaborative working style within larger international teams at different locationsPossess good communication skills as well as problem solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and multitask.Inside this Business Group
