BS or MS with experience in high performance ASIC/SOC physical design. Strong expertise in the RTL2GDSII flow development or design implementation in leading process technologies 28nm and below. Good understanding of the RTL2GDSII concepts related to synthesis, place & route, CTS, timing convergence, layout closure, UPF based power methodology, etc. Strong working experience with tools like ICC, Primetime, DC, StarRC, Redhawk etc used in the RTL2GDSII implementation. Strong knowledge and experience in Block-level and/or Full-chip Floor-planning, power planning, and Physical verification. Experience with low power design features and flows. Well versed with timing constraints, STA and timing closure Intel flow knowledge preferred. Expertise on high frequency clocking methodologies and good automation skills in PERL, TCL, tool specific scripting would be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should exhibit the following traits: Highly motivated technical expert with good communication and presentation skills. Good leadership skills in managing technical deliverables in RTL2GDS domain. Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills. Qualifications: BS or MS with 9-15 years of experience in ASIC/SOC Physical Design RTL2GDS. Ability to multi-task and flexibility to work in global environment. Good communication skills and strong motivation for customer support. Strong analytical & Problem solving skills.
