We are looking for sharp and talented Student Security Analysts who will be part of a new global cyber response team at Intel Israel.
As a Security Analyst on the Global Cyber Response team GCR, you will have a role in providing intrusion analysis in response to emerging threats such as APT and other forms of targeted attacks, organized crime, etc.
This position on the team will focus on analyzing information and alerts within a large-scale enterprise in order to both identify intrusions and effectively respond to and eradicate security threats from the environment. In addition to responding to real time events you will assist in onboarding and implementing new security initiatives and helping to identify ways to improve overall incident response procedures.
Inside this Business Group
- A student in the technological field. - Available at least 20+ hours a week. - Experience utilizing enterprise security tools SIEM, IDS / IPS, Netflow, etc. to analyze results and alerts to identify and mitigate security threats at both the host and network level. - Understand adversary techniques, tactics, and procedures and how to counter them - Experience working with Intrusion detection/prevention systems - Familiar with how logic and rules are used by common security tools to identify and mitigate security threats - Understanding of common operating systems, ports, protocols, and service logs - Experience responding to security incidents quickly while mitigating risk and limiting operational and reputational impact - Ability for issue solving working as individual and with other peer's.
