Manages the sales process and backoffice, acts as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales and the Factory to optimize revenue and achieve mutual objectives. Forecasts demand, gathers and analyzes information to determine product allocation, quotas, channel / dealer inventory manages the business to maximize revenue through supply commitments, channel inventory management, pricing strategies, customer presentations, and marketing program support. Manages the customer's demands and the company's supply. Forecasts revenue dollar commitments to the corporation. Provides reporting/support of design win traction to plan.
Inside this Business Group
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration with 7+ years of related experience in financial analysis, sales or operations. MBA preferred but not required. - Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking to management or other senior leaders in the Japan sales organization. - Strong Excel skills pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and data analytics skills - Experience with Monthly, Quarterly, and full Year reporting/planning Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
