We are looking for board design student to be part of PCS team, for the Hybrid FPGA Platforms.
The student will be responsible for test development and test execution for Add-On boards for the HAPS-TRAK3 FPGA system of Synopsys. The add-on boards provide state of the art physical interfaces to Intel® CPU sub-systems which are emulated on the FPGA systems.
Inside this Business Group
Student for computer / electrical engineering with at least 3+ semesters till graduation Good experience and knowledge in Linux. Experience with PC interfaces, e.g. USB. I2C, SPI etc. Good understanding of board design, schematics and layout. Willing to learn FPGA programming. Experience with Test Equipment. Good technical skills, debugging and analytic capabilities Basic Hardware approach. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with various customers. Basic knowledge in Windows- an advantage.
