Intel's latest FPGA devices contain over 17 billion transistors and they continue grow in size and complexity. This creates a challenge to be able to model the device data in software efficiently in terms of memory and runtime. Furthermore, FPGA development frameworks need to coordinate terabytes of continually evolving data, which requires best-in-class software tools & processes. In this role, you will develop software to solve these challenges for Intel's next-generation products.Responsibilities may also include:-Measuring, analyzing, and optimizing runtime & memory consumption of the Quartus platform.-Creating visualization frameworks to provide "at-a-glance" feedback for critical information.-Utilize scripting to automate data generation and analysis.
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related discipline.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in C/C++.
-Minimum 3 years of experience with runtime and memory analysis of algorithms.
-Passion for code quality and optimization.
-Atleast 3 years of experience in one scripting language e.g. Perl, Python, Tcl.Inside this Business Group
