Responsible for supervising the overall repair activities and managing staff in lab area.
Responsible for overall safety of personnel, company assets, and the surrounding environment.
Assesses personnel and material levels to determine production schedules.
Assigns personnel and monitors the flow of work in process to ensure all the productivity and quality indicator being met.
Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
Work across internal and external team to get results.
Manage the team of permanent and temporary workers, set priorities for the team, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees and manage their performance.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with experience in managing board or module repair activities.
Have good understanding of logistic and purchasing process with the experience of working with Traffic and Buyer to resolve outstanding issues.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skill and be comfortable presenting issues and solution.
Ability to work well in diverse team environment and multitask.
Candidate may require to work in shift pattern.
