In this position you will be joining the Intel Module Repair IMR group, located in Kulim, Malaysia.
Responsible to develop, modify, maintain the repair process thru reverse engineering as required.
Establishes process control systems for the rework module and sustains the module through volume ramp.
Responsible to resolve difficult rework problems and establishes systems to deal with these problems in the future.
Trains production/receiving process engineers for transfer to other factories.
Ensure copy exactly CE! process matching with other sites.
Selects and develops material and equipment for the process to meet quality, reliability, cost, yield, productivity and manufacturability requirements.
Drives improvements on quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability/capability, productivity and safety.
Degree in mechanical and manufacturing or any related technical discipline with minimum 5 years experiences in PCB boards process knowledge especially repair & rework area.
Working knowledge in repair/rework machines SRT, mini-solder, press fit trouble shooting skills.
Knowledge of mechanical drawing, SPEED BOM and machine programming will be a plus.
Have clear communication skills both written and verbal, good problem solving skills, ability to manage simple projects, timely completion, the ability to execute quickly and accurately
