Material and Planning Analyst

Job Description
  • Responsible for delivering significant cost savings through lowest cost module and board repairs for FSM, ATM and TD with major repair operations in Arizona, New Mexico and Kulim Malaysia.
  • Responsible for material health and forecast planning for the repair business.
  • Plan the optimize line loading based on customer forecast and drive for material readiness including new sourcing & supplier set up as needed.
  • Drive for strategic long term plan for a better forecast, inventory & optimum material stock. He/she will also support ECO/NPI on all material constraint.
  • Monitor excess inventory and work on reduction plan .
  • Approves material scrap and conducts cycle counts.
  • Liaison with other sites and commodity management in managing supply lines constraint. Manages EOL products with minimum material exposure.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or Masters in supply chain, business administrative or similar with minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain & planning area.
  • Knowledge of SAP system is added advantage
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Expected to lead presentations to managers. -
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain & planning.
  • Basic finance & business acumen-
  • Motivated, self-directed, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team. -
  • Effective communication skills, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work closely with stakeholders
