Business Unit Description: Corporate Services CS provides Intel employees the infrastructure and environment to create breakthrough technology that make amazing experiences possible. In general, the focus of this position will be on responsibility for Life Safety Systems operations and maintenance. Responsibilities include:
Managing system capacity, reliability and uptime.
Documentation required to safely operate our LSS system.
Strong lead in system ownership and direction.
Sustaining and construction support for Fire/Evacuation, Early Warning Smoke Detection, Liquid Leak Detection, Tool Annunciation System TAS, and Hazardous Production Material HPM alarm systems and detection equipment.
Primary responsibilities include:
PLC programming and troubleshooting for the HPM and TAS system and associated I/O point management, implementing, tracking and managing continuous improvement projects.
This Engineering position will necessitate support of new tool installations/demos and building modifications.
Being an active member for design review and approvals for facility plans, layouts, drawings, and providing technical input for equipment installations/removals, chemical processes, and safety control systems.
** This position may require off shift work and on call coverage as needed. All LSS/ERT personnel are expected to role model safety practices at all times.

This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.
Bachelors or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or other equivalent engineering.
Applicants must have a legal right to work in the US without sponsorship.
1-3 years of experience in:
Basic control instrumentation, PCS and other systems.
Demonstrate experience with Databases MS Access.
Demonstrate experience with PLCs, HTML, SQL.
Demonstrate experience in IT/SCADA networks.
