Responsible for developing new repair project for IMR.
Perform engineering analysis, tear down study, initial ROI calculation, reverse engineering, refurbishment, process development, documentation on the repaired module to enable timely deployment and maximize saving for factories.
Train up technician on the newly developed repair process and sustain the project until it EOL.
Work cohesively with crossed-sites engineering team and various vendors to establish the repair capabilities in the shortest time.
Influence customers to utilize IMR engineering services and assist in expanding IMR business.
Help to develop technician's career development and role model in discipline and professionalism. Deliver the business expectations with the highest quality and integrity.
Bachelor Degree in mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering.
Must be able to read and interpret schematic, engineering diagram, specs or technical drawing.
Good in engineering programming such as C language, Pearl scrip or equivalent. Having experience in equipment troubleshooting, installation and repair will be an added advantage.
Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skill and be comfortable presenting issues and solution.
Ability to work well in diverse team environment and multitask.
