Job Description Intel India is looking for a strong and energetic communications professional/leader to be part of its Corporate Communications team in the role of Communications Manager. The role involves strategizing, driving and executing best-in-class communications programs through innovative mediums internally and externally to build a strong connect among employees and leadership, enhance Intel's brand in the areas of technology leadership, innovation, workplace and corporate social responsibility. This position is highly visible and entails working with a wide spectrum of stakeholders from employees to Business Unit leaders in India and other geos. Key Responsibilities: - Act as key communications lead for tech leadership, workplace and CSR by leveraging innovative/effective mediums - social, online etc. - Create powerful communications strategies and take ownership of their implementation through compelling content creation and delivery - Drive engagements to further strengthen the connect with key audiences - Work closely with other members of the communications team and BU partners on messaging - Provide crisis communications advice and strategy, as needed.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in communications, journalism or marketing/business is required with over 5+ years of relevant experience. - Outstanding communication/story telling skills through different engagements - written and verbal leveraging innovative channels - online, social, video or F2F that can help make higher impact to the organization. - Expertise in leading high-impact communication programs by working with a diverse set of partners- Program management skills and experience in driving multidisciplinary projects independently.- An understanding of and passion for technology, the ecosystem and Intel's role & opportunities in the tech world. - Highest level of Ethnics & Integrity and a great team player
