Job Description Oversees definition of verification/validation environment, and documentation for IP, SoC System on a Chip and system level development.Determines architecture for validation for chip and system simulation/emulation. Defines module interfaces/formats for simulation and new methodologies.Performs all aspects of the SoC design flow from high-level design to verification and system validation, to create a design database that is ready for manufacturing. Analyzes equipment to establish operation infrastructure, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following behaviors:Ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams/customers is expected.Ability to mentor other engineers and technically guide them.Experience with silicon which include processor cores and custom logic working together.Strong problem solving/leadership skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate should have BE/MS degree from a reputed college with 5+ years of relevant experience. Candidate should be able to Validate/verify complex multi-million designs and lead a team of design verification engrs. Candidate should have good indepth understanding of OVM/UVM. Candidate should have prior experience in validating complex data path design.
